Thank you for visiting us and for your interest in sports snow volleyball.

 

Snow Volleyball has been around for a long time, but only in the last few years has Snow Volleyball been used in

 

the focus of attention.

 

The Austrian company Chaka2 has a significant share in the current level of awareness. They have contacted the CEV to obtain recognition of Snow Volleyball as a sport and since the winter of 2016 there has been an Official European Snow Volleyball Tour.

 

The European Beach Volleyball Commission (EBVC) is responsible for the CEV European Snow Volleyball Tour and is advised by organizers and players in a working group. In 2018, the first European Championship will be held in Wagrain-Kleinarl & Flachau (AUT) from 23 to 25 March 2018.

 

In order to make the sport popular in more countries, the CEV has decided that, in addition to the winners of the CEV Tour Stops, the winners of the National Championships will also automatically qualify for the European Championship.

 

In order to enable our athletes to participate as well, we have decided to organize a Swiss Championships in 2018.

 

We are very happy to announce the location and date today:

 

The first Swiss Championship will take place in Engelberg, Titlits – Trübsee on 25 February.
